We offer same-day processing, and free standard shipping to ensure your order is delivered with maximum speed and efficiency. We will apply the most dedicated carriers to deliver our products, such as FedEx, and USPS for the United States. For products with shipping costs, fees are calculated based on several factors, including size, dim weight, delivery destination, and other relevant considerations. Customers can use the cart calculator to determine the shipping fees. We guarantee precise inventory and shipping.

Same-day Process

Upon placing your online order, our logistics provider will promptly assess inventory availability and coordinate with carriers to expedite the pick-up and packaging of your products. Following this, we will receive a tracking number from the carriers and simultaneously send an email confirming the shipment details.

Can I Trace My Package? 

Absolutely, all sent orders are traceable. Upon shipment, you will receive shipping confirmations from us, followed by regular email notifications to keep you informed of the latest status until your order is delivered. Additionally, you can track your order at the third-party logistic site, such as usps.com, ups.com, uniuni.com, canadapost, 17track.net, swiship.com, yodel, or visit the "track my order" page for details.

What If My Order Is Missing? 

If a shipment is lost due to a carrier error (after completing the carrier's complaint procedure), we will refund you or attempt to re-ship the product. It is mandatory that you notify guest service by email within 14 days (i.e., no later than 28 days after the shipment date) if the shipment has not been delivered to your delivery address or the pick-up point.

What happens if I am not at home or can’t be at home at the time of delivery? 

In case of absence at the delivery time, as mentioned above, we will keep you informed of the latest status by sending email notifications until the orders are finally delivered to your hand. Therefore, please pay attention to your email, because it will be your responsibility to collect the package from the place and in the time scale indicated. If the deadline has passed, your orders will be kept by the local carriers, or maybe just returned to our warehouses. Therefore, it becomes your responsibility to contact our customer services to re-organize another delivery.

Bulk Orders

Please be informed that we will consider an order with 10 or more items as bulk order. For bulk orders, the return and refund of items are limited to 10 quantity. Besides, process and shipping time will be determined, which are based on product size, type, inventory, order quantity, customer destination and other factors. In general, the overall delivery time for bulk orders will be longer than for standard orders. 90 Days Free Return

If there's nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan or lighting, you can return the item as long as 90 days from the delivery date. Please note that our local return address differs from the original shipping address. Therefore, to ensure that we can accept your returned items, please follow the return instructions. 

Return Instructions / Self-Serve Return

Step 1: initiate a return 

• To initiate a return, log in customer account and submit return requests to us, or simply contact us by email with order number, and claim the return.

  As long as it's within 90 days from the delivery date, you are eligible for returns.

  Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with return instructions email (free return label, tracking number, return address included).

Step 2: receive and print the free return label

• Please print the return label (free shipping waybill), and attach it to the return parcel.

Step 3: post the return parcel in time

• Please include product and all accessories in the original parcel, and visit the nearby pick-up point to post the parcel in time. 

Step 4: go through inspection

• After receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items, and if they are in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.

Step 5: full refund

• The refund will be processed and done within 24-48 hours.
