What happens if I am not at home or can’t be at home at the time of delivery?

If there's nothing wrong with the craftsmanship of your fan or lighting, you can return the item as long as 90 days from the delivery date. Please note that our local return address differs from the original shipping address. Therefore, to ensure that we can accept your returned items, please follow the return instructions.

  • To initiate a return, log in customer account and submit return requests to us, or simply contact us by email with order number, and claim the return.

    As long as it's within 90 days from the delivery date, you are eligible for returns.

    Once we receive your request, we will promptly provide you with return instructions email (free return label, tracking number, return address included).

Step 2: receive and print the free return label

  • Please print the return label (free shipping waybill), and attach it to the return parcel.

Step 3: post the return parcel in time

  • Please include product and all accessories in the original parcel, and visit the nearby pick-up point to post the parcel in time. 

Step 4: go through inspection

  • After receiving the returned parcel, we will inspect the items, and if they are in good condition, we will proceed with the refund.

Overpriced for what it is

Pros: looks nice, light is nicely diffused and even, super lightweight and the installation is easy.
Cons: the materials seem lower quality than one might expect in this price range, the remote feels like it’s from the dollar store, battery not included, dimmer function is limited, does NOT dim enough! Nightlight function is too bright to use for a bedroom and no colour control over night light.

I recently bought this light to replace a very old glass globe light in my kitchen. The old one was dated and didn’t give off much light. The new light came as expected and I was prepared that the dome cover would be plastic from reading other reviews.

After I installed it, which was very easy, the light that it gives off was just what the kitchen needed. I love the variety of lighting options and I don’t mind the dome being plastic because I can unscrew it and take it down easily to wash it.

I would recommend this light if you want something that is easy to install and it gives you some great options for overall lighting features. I love the night light feature.
